Styling & Customization
Yes, our human hair wigs can be heat styled. Always use a heat protectant spray and keep temperatures below 180°C. Synthetic wigs should not be heat styled unless labeled as heat-resistant.

Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 14-day return policy for unworn, unaltered wigs in original packaging with tags attached. Custom-colored or cut wigs are final sale. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
